Our Transport Museum store is a treasure trove of thousands of automotive, aeronautic and industrial collections that highlight our history of invention in this part of the world.
Take a self-guided tour of this remarkable collection, including Rex McCandless' innovations, historic bicycles, motorbikes, planes and boats including the rare Shorts Sealand. With a fascinating range of objects to see, and a chance to go behind the scenes at the Transport Museum Store, this is an opportunity not to be missed!
Please note: the store is not located at Ulster Transport Museum. It is a short distance away at 22 Heron Road, Harbour Estate, BT39 9LE. This will be the meeting point for the tour.

Your self-guided tour will last around 30 minutes to 1 hour. Although this event is free to attend, booking is essential. Last entry is 15:00.

European Heritage Open Days is an annual event celebrating local architecture, history and culture, which takes place across Europe on the second weekend in September. In Northern Ireland European Heritage Open Days (EHOD) is run by the Department for Communities with the support of the Council of Europe and the European Commission.
